@Superbignasty you downloaded all files from this torrent or downloaded only "Gauntlet [Update 4] R.F.G. RePack.exe"? in your download folder need to have "Gauntlet [Update 4] R.F.G. RePack.exe", "setup.2", "setup.3" & Redist folder.

If you have all files in your download folder and ask for CD#2 you will need to change the name of "setup.2" to "Euro Truck Simulator 2 [v1.13.4s] R.F.G. RePack.2"
